• A REPUTABLE RV DEALERSHIP IN BROWNSTOWN, MI SOLD AND DELIVERED TO ME ON 12 MARCH 2020 A NEW 2020 WINNEBAGO TRAVATO INTEGRATED ONTO A 2019 RAM PROMASTER CHASSIS. AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY THERE WAS AN ACTIVE SAFETY RECALL POSTED BY FCA IN JANUARY OF 2020 ON THE CHASSIS. I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE RECALL

• WHEN I TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE ACCELERATOR AND PUT IT ON THE BRAKE THE CAR SLOWS DOWN BUT THEN STARTS TO ACCELERATE AGAIN. ON A CITY STREET AT A STOP SIGN/LIGHT. A LIGHT WILL BRIEFLY FLASH ON DASH THAT SAYS "HILL HOLDER - SEE SERVICE". I'VE TAKEN IT TO BE CHECKED. THEY DROVE IT AND COULD NOT DUPLIC
• WE HAVE 3 RAM PROMASTERS AND ALL 3 HAVE AN OIL LEAK AT THE OIL COOLER, COSTING OVER $800 EACH TO HAVE REPAIRED. AGAIN, ALL 3 HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE RESULTING IN OVER $2,400 IN REPAIRS.

• THE DESIGN IN THE CAB AND PLACEMENT OF THE CUP HOLDERS CREATE A SAFETY HAZARD. THE CUP HOLDERS ARE RIGHT NEAR THE FLOOR CAUSING THE DRIVER TO REMOVE THEIR EYES FROM THE ROAD TO GET THEIR CUP, AND EVEN A SPLIT SECOND WITH YOUR EYES OFF THE ROAD COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. THEY NEED TO RAISE THE CUP HOLD
• House AGM battery charging system Hydrogen Sulfide out gassing issue. CO alarm trips while charging from shore power connection. Xantrex XC 2000 Inverter charger is improperly located directly on top of the 330Ah AGM battery. System is located in a sealed bed base platform with limited ventilation.
• The Carefree motorized awning self-deployed at highway speeds (approximately 45 mph). The vinyl awning material sheared from the metal end bar deploying it as a flying projectile. One of the support bars broke and slammed into the side of the van/RV.

• These brake pads have a stainless steel shim that is attached in such a way that the shim can slide off the back of the brake pad, and slides down and cuts against the brake rotor, effectively cutting the hub away from the rotor braking surface. Creating a very dangerous braking situation.
