  • Tailgate went down on its own while driving and pulling a trailer
  • When towing a trailer, the trailer brakes will disconnect when applying medium to hard brake. This is when the brakes on the trailer are needed the most. The trailer lights still work when the brakes controller disconnects them. There was a recall on the 2024 Chevrolet HD trucks to "fix" this.
  • Tailgate has been coming open while driving. Multiple times. The last time it landed on the jack of my enclosed trailer. Without me knowing. First time was 2-3-25 and the last time was 9-2-25
