- • MINOR ROCK CHIP, NO LARGER THAN A WATCH SCREW, NEAR THE WINDOW MOUNT QUICKLY DEVELOPED INTO A 4-INCH CRACK OVER A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY 12 HOURS. ROCK CHIP OCCURRED ON CITY STREETS, MOVING NO FASTER THAN 40 MPH.
