REMOVED INTAKE PIPING AN THE TENSIONER, WATER PUMP AND BELT. REINSTALLED REMOVED COMPONET AND RETESTE
- • DOOR HINGE SUSPENSION THIS IS THE 2ND VW BEETLE CONVERTIBLE WE HAVE OWNED. 1ST WAS A 2006. BOTH CARS HAVE EXPERIENCED DOOR HINGE ISSUES. MY FEELING IS THE DOORS ARE TOO HEAVY FOR THE HINGE SUSPENSION. IT HAS HAPPENED ON DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE. NOISE, THEN THE SMALL PIN SUSPENSION SNAPS.
