  • THIS COMMUNICATION IS IN REFERENCE TO A KNOWN FUEL PUMP PROBLEM FOR WHICH WE RECEIVED AN INTERIM NOTICE OF RECALL SOME TIME PRIOR TO 5/7/2020 (EXACT DATE UNKNOWN DUE TO COVID SHUT DOWN DELAYS). THERE IS STILL NO REMEDY/REPLACEMENT PART AVAILABLE. TOYOTA CUSTOMER SERVICE TIER 2 SUPPORT HAS SUGGESTED
  • Fuel filler door hinge and pin does not work properly. The hinge, door, and pin are bent. This prohibits 1) opening the door, 2) filling the gas tank, and 3) the door from closing properly. The spacing around the door is not equal and is askew, tilted to the bottom right and dips inward. Toyota see
