- • WHEN APPLYING BRAKES THERE IS A RESISTANCE ALMOST AS IF THE CAR WON'T STOP IN TIME. ALSO A HISSING SOUND AS THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED. STARTED NOTICING IT DURING THE COLD WEATHER AND THOUGHT IT WAS JUST LACK OF WARMING IT UP AT FIRST BUT IT CONTINUED NO MATTER WHAT THE WEATHER TEMPERATURE.
