REMOVED FUEL TANK AND FUEL PUMP TO DISCOVER INSIDE WELDS OF FUEL TANK HAD WELDING SLAG THAT HAD COME LOOSE AND CONTAMINATED THE TANK. THE FUEL FILTER, FUEL PUMP, AND FUEL PUMP HOUSING WERE ALL FOULED WITH THE SLAG WHI
