I DISCONTINUED USING IT AND HAD TO BUY A REPLACEMENT SEAT FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. I NEVER COULD GET THE SEATBELT TO TIGHTEN ENOUGH TO NOT MOVE A GREAT
