- • On Star Telematics Module is failed and on backorder and no ETA according to dealership and ONSTAR. This is a safety issue as GPS is unavailable, SOS is unavailable, Cannot Locate Vehicle if lost or stolen. The company is very slow in response and this seems to be a global known issue.
